Huawei's AI Infrastructure for Industrial Intelligence

At GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, Huawei is showcasing the next phase of AI-powered infrastructure and intelligent digital ecosystems.
As a Platinum Sponsor for the event, Huawei’s 1,200m² exhibit demonstrates how AI cloud computing and network intelligence are converging to reshape industries throughout the Middle East and Central Asia.
The central theme for Huawei at GITEX is ‘All Intelligence’ a concept that reflects its mission to speed up industrial digitalisation and grow global collaboration around AI-driven innovation.
Huawei is presenting more than 80 integrated solutions and 40 live demos across its core technology areas, including intelligent networks, storage, cybersecurity and AI-native cloud.
Advancing industrial intelligence
Featured innovations at the event include the Xinghe AI Network, AI Data Lake storage and AI-native cloud platforms, which are engineered to support industries at scale.
These technologies are being applied to advance smart city development, optimise data centre efficiency and enhance AI-powered inspection and automation systems from government services to transportation and energy.
Phillip Gan, President of Huawei Middle East and Central Asia, says: “AI and digital technologies are advancing at great speed, reshaping industries and redefining possibilities. Our goal is to make this powerful technology accessible and actionable for every industry.”

“At GITEX, we moved beyond theory to showcase the practical future of AI, providing the reliable infrastructure that allows businesses to deploy AI with confidence and innovate at scale,” Phillip explains.
He adds: “By working closely with customers and partners, we are turning these capabilities into practical solutions that create industry-wide progress and strengthen ecosystems in the Middle East and Central Asia.”
Modernising governance with digital architecture
A key announcement at this year’s exhibition is GovTech 1.0, a new framework designed to accelerate government modernisation. It is built on four main pillars: application intelligentisation, data harmonisation platform standardisation and network broadbandisation.
This framework aims to help public agencies develop end-to-end AI capabilities, strengthen data governance and streamline citizen services through intelligent cloud environments.
Allen Tang, President of ICT Marketing and Solution Sales Department for Huawei Middle East and Central Asia, says the initiative reflects Huawei’s commitment to partnerships and national digital strategies.
“GovTech 1.0 framework is a strategic blueprint designed to fast-track government modernisation”, he explains.
Huawei is using GITEX as a platform to introduce more than 20 new industry-specific solutions and 30 SME-focused products supported by a new Partner Park and Accelerated Growth Partner incentives.
The role of cybersecurity in the AI era
As the Lead Sponsor of GITEX Cyber Valley, hosted by the UAE Cybersecurity Council, Huawei is highlighting its role in securing the data and AI ecosystems that are essential for digital transformation.
Sean Yang, Huawei’s Global Cyber Security and Privacy Officer is leading a session titled Strengthening Data and AI Infrastructure Security and Safeguarding All Intelligence.
During this session, he is introducing the Xinghe Intelligent SASE Solutions, an AI-driven security architecture designed for a multi-cloud environment.
“The rise of AI introduces complex risks that demand a new level of resilience and trust,” Sean says.
“Huawei is focused on helping organisations safeguard data infrastructures through advanced governance and technical safeguards.”
In cloud computing, Huawei is moving from Cloud-native to AI-native architectures with Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) and integrated platforms such as ModelArts Versatile and DataArts Studio.
These tools are intended to enable enterprises to democratise AI model development, orchestration and data analytics.
This work supports Huawei’s long-term vision to create an open, trusted and intelligent ecosystem that can transform industries and strengthen digital economies.
