Top 10: Women in AI
Despite AI reshaping industries, leadership remains largely male-dominated. AI Magazine highlights the Top 10 women who are changing that

Behind the headlines about AI capabilities and corporate deployments lies an industry grappling with representation. Women occupy a fraction of AI research positions and developer roles, their presence diminishing further up the corporate ladder where key decisions about technology direction are made.

This imbalance ripples through the technology itself. AI systems inherit their worldview from training data, which in turn reflects the perspectives and priorities of their architects. When leadership lacks diversity, the resulting technology risks perpetuating existing biases rather than breaking them down.

Yet change is brewing. In this issue, AI Magazine spotlights the Top 10 Women in AI.
