Sanjay Srivastava, Chief Digital Strategist at Genpact

Sanjay Srivastava is the Operating Partner of Masagroup Ventures, Chair of the Executive Technology Board and Chief Digital Strategist at Genpact.

He serves Fortune 500 technology CXOs in digital transformation advisory at the intersection of process, data, people, AI and technology at Genpact and helps incubate and grow AI and data startups in the venture ecosystem.

Sanjay also collaborates with over a hundred technology CIO/CDOs on the collective intelligence across digital transformation with emerging technologies at the think tank.

Before this, he was CDO at Genpact, CEO at a SaaS start-up and helped to craft four start-ups and took them from their origin to prominent acquisitions by BMC, FIS, Genpact and Akamai.

Martyn specialises in driving innovation, delivering measurable results, aligning security strategy with business objectives and developing a robust strategy to mitigate weak security postures.

He recently raised the maturity of a cyber function by over three times by completing a major transformation.

Martyn provides strategic guidance to startups on product development, go-to-market strategy and market penetration and advises multiple venture capital funds on cyber security investments.
