Seamless AI automation

A central feature of the company’s AI service, Fujitsu Kozuchi, the solution automatically generates and presents content using Microsoft PowerPoint data and can answer queries by leveraging a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) process, using pre-integrated materials.

From 19 June 2025, Fujitsu offers corporate users a trial environment via the Fujitsu Research Portal to test the technology.

Collaborative endeavour

Developed jointly with AI solutions provider Headwaters Co., Ltd., the technology will also be available as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent under the name ‘Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation’.

Fujitsu plans to begin internal deployment from the second quarter of FY 2025, with a global rollout to customers from the third quarter.

Intrinsic customisation built in

Users will be able to generate personalised AI avatars based on their own appearance and voice, and use them to automatically create and deliver presentations in over 30 languages. This functionality is designed to be accessible to all users, regardless of technical expertise.

Future integration will also enable access directly through Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.

By removing barriers such as time limitations, language proficiency and presentation skills, Fujitsu aims to democratise the presentation process.

In doing so, Fujitsu seeks to help organisations disseminate accurate, high-quality information more efficiently, contributing to the advancement of a digital society – an essential part of its company goals.

Satoshi Asano, Managing Executive Officer, Global Partner Solutions, Microsoft Japan Co, comments: “We warmly welcome the announcement of ‘Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation’ from Fujitsu Limited. By making Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation available via the declarative agent framework of Microsoft 365 Copilot, we expect it will help customers accelerate global expansion through multilingual content creation, streamline marketing operations by reducing the time and effort required to build presentations and facilitate faster knowledge sharing both within and outside the organisation.

In this project, we have taken the lead in implementing AI agents capable of autonomously handling complex tasks by integrating with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Additional features

Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation also includes functionality to manage slide transitions automatically, based on allocated time per slide and character count – an innovation currently under international patent application. This ensures smooth, timed delivery throughout the presentation.

Using a combination of voice recognition, large language models (LLMs) and voice synthesis technologies, users can tailor the AI avatar’s spoken content on a slide-by-slide basis through simple prompt inputs. The system supports a range of customisation options, including auto-generated text, fixed or user-defined inserts, and flexible control over tone and writing style.
