Wipro has unveiled its AI-Data Center solution, a standardised and secure platform designed to accelerate enterprise-scale AI adoption while modernising core data centre environments.

The offering, which integrates NVIDIA's AI Enterprise within Wipro Intelligence, aims to help organisations transition from isolated AI pilot projects to production-grade, enterprise-wide deployments that could transform customer experience operations.

The collaboration between Wipro and NVIDIA represents a strategic effort to address one of the most pressing challenges facing enterprises today: moving AI from proof-of-concept to production reality.

By combining infrastructure modernisation with AI-native workload capabilities, the solution seeks to provide organisations with the operational framework needed to deploy and manage AI across multiple business functions securely.

Powered by NVIDIA NeMo and GPU-accelerated inference, this application aims to ensure low-latency, high-performance AI across distributed enterprise environments, potentially enabling consistent and scalable customer experience outcomes.

The contact centre solution includes several key capabilities: real-time transcription and contextual summarisation; retrieval-augmented generation-based knowledge assistance; next-best-action recommendations; sentiment-aware engagement insights; and automated post-call documentation with compliance tracking.

These features could help organisations enhance agent productivity while maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance.
