The Future of AI in Marketing
Panels at the CXO Summit will include The Future of AI in Marketing, The CMO Summit and The AI-Ready Workforce, which will feature Lisette Danesi, Global Chief People Officer, Corporate Functions at advertising firm WPP.
“I’m very excited to join this event,” says Lisette. “While every organisation is on its own AI journey, our universal challenge remains: how to truly embed AI while keeping humans - the heart of our businesses – at the forefront. My focus here is on empowering our people to 'learn, unlearn and relearn,' so we can responsibly harness AI for the future.”
According to Statista, global revenue for AI marketing was around US$47bn in 2025 – a number expected to rise to US$107bn by 2028.
The technology is transforming marketing across enterprise organisations – from predictive analytics and advanced segmentation to content generation.
In fact, a survey conducted by SurveyMonkey found that 43% of marketing professionals say that it has become essential to their social media strategy, while 43% say they use it to automate repetitive tasks, 50% say they use AI to create content and 41% use it to analyse data.
The Future of AI in Marketing panel will explore how leaders across organisations are implementing the technology responsibly, to accelerate growth, enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
Attendees of the event will be able to learn how to integrate AI across the marketing function, manage governance and risk, balance automation with brand integrity and measure tangible return on investment while preparing their teams for an AI-driven future.
