The US states most interested in learning more about AI

A report has revealed that Massachusetts is the state most obsessed with AI in the United States, with 1,446 monthly searches per 100,000 people

The research carried out by AI-driven website builder YACSS, examined Google Keywords data of search terms frequently used by people interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) over the past 12 months. These terms were combined to find each state’s average monthly search volume for AI-related terms per 100,000 people.

The study revealed the state of Massachusetts is America’s most AI-obsessed state, with an average monthly search of 1,446 for AI-related terms per 100,000 people. Massachusetts has the second-highest proportion of searches for ‘ChatGPT’, ‘Craiyon’ and ‘Open AI Playground’ on average every month.

A spokesperson for YACSS commented on the findings: “AI has recently taken the world by storm, especially with the roaring popularity of ChatGPT, and we are seeing many Americans embracing its use in their daily tasks.

“The study reveals Massachusetts as the most interested in AI in the country, highlighting the state’s interest in optimizing its creative efforts, which comes as no surprise as Massachusetts is home to a thriving innovation hub.”

The study was conducted by YACSS, a website builder that uses sophisticated AI to create content and websites, using only one keyword as input.
