Inside EY’s New Agentic AI Offering, Made With Nvidia & Dell

EY has developed a new comprehensive on-premises AI solution, known as ‘EY.ai enterprise private’, in collaboration with tech giants Dell and Nvidia.
As one of the world’s Big Four consulting firms, EY has decades of experience in taking the data of companies, analysing it and then using it to help them achieve transformative growth.
As such, EY believes that by introducing its own tailor-made AI solution, it could expedite the consulting services it offers its clients.
Targeting highly regulated sectors
EY’s new AI offering has been designed specifically for organisations in highly regulated sectors where data sovereignty and security concerns make public cloud AI unsuitable.
Businesses with critical operational demands, regulatory scrutiny and strong on-premises data gravity will particularly benefit from this private deployment model.
According to McKinsey, 78% of businesses around the world are now using AI to fulfil at least one business function, but driving AI adoption in these highly regulated sectors requires more specialised solutions.
With its new platform, EY hopes to enable organisations from these sorts of fields to maintain complete control over their data, while also accessing the benefits of AI.
By collaborating with Nvidia and Dell, EY is hoping to directly address the challenge of cybersecurity by offering businesses a secure alternative to public cloud solutions, whilst also maintaining the flexibility and convenience of cloud services.
This is a service that Nvidia has been helping businesses to launch for some time now, bringing the power of AI to sectors that have not yet been able to enjoy its benefits.
“As we move further into this new era of technological innovation, it is critical for enterprises to evolve with and invest in technologies and infrastructure at the forefront of innovation to fully unlock the transformative benefits of AI,” says John Roese, Global CTO and Chief AI Officer at Dell Technologies.
What will EY’s new AI solution look like?
For EY.ai enterprise private, the US-based consultancy will utilise Nvidia’s Blackwell accelerated computing tech, advanced networking solutions and AI Enterprise software building blocks, all of which help organisations efficiently deploy and scale their AI operations.
Meanwhile, Dell Technologies will provide the infrastructure to go alongside Nvidia’s computing expertise.
Together, it will form a validated AI architecture that ensures high performance.
Some of the system’s key capabilities include streamlined development and deployment processes, scalable data processing for model training and inference, and flexible execution frameworks for autonomous AI operations.
The solution supports various use cases including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), on-demand training and dynamic AI agents that can be deployed across cloud or on-premises environments.
Agentic AI in particular is going to be a big focus for EY going forward.
“Agentic AI serves as a catalyst for a new era — where autonomous systems and humans converge to redefine business,” says Matt Barrington, CTO and Global AI Technology Leader at EY Americas.
“Successful implementation of agentic AI requires a comprehensive approach to address technical and organisational complexities — and this solution provides a flexible blueprint for seamless integration while also helping organisations confidently scale AI with a private environment, when needed.”
The outlook for EY’s AI platform
According to EY's recent AI Pulse Survey, 83% of organisations in the global economy believe that the adoption of AI could be sped up if high quality data was more readily available.
By providing a unified strategic approach — tailored to specific business sector needs, with a hugely valuable dataset — EY’s new platform could help to do just that.
“AI is evolving rapidly, with leading enterprises now scaling productivity and their operations with intelligent AI agents,” explains John Fanelli, Vice President, Enterprise Software at Nvidia.
“Together, Nvidia, EY and Dell Technologies are enabling businesses to put their data to work in enterprise AI factories that drive insights and innovation at unprecedented scale.”
