Deloitte has released Zora AI, an agentic AI platform designed to automate decision-making and improve productivity across business processes, including in supply chain and procurement operations.

Developed on Nvidia’s AI technology, Zora AI is designed as a digital workforce collaborator, capable of automating workflows in procurement, finance, customer service, human capital and more.

Jensen Huang, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nvidia, says: “AI agents turn data into action.

“With Zora AI agents built on Nvidia AI, Deloitte clients can put intelligence to work — helping professionals find insights, make decisions and get things done.”

These capabilities will help to make procurement functions more agile and efficient by replacing manual and repetitive tasks with intelligent automation.

Across procurement and supply chain operations, Zora AI will take on routine processes like supplier selection, contract reviews and purchase order handling.

By tackling this low-hanging fruit, teams are able to focus on strategy and collaboration and deliver greater value to organisations.

Tackling inefficiencies with AI agents

In businesses, the procurement function often suffers disruption from factors such as long lead times, inconsistent supplier performance and disconnected supply chain systems.

Implementing Zora AI will help manage these issues by applying predictive analytics, automating compliance checks and streamlining supplier onboarding.

The platform uses AI to conduct real-time supplier evaluations, assessing delivery track records, ESG compliance and overall reliability.

Automated vetting replaces manual document verification, helping procurement teams qualify vendors faster and reduce risk.

In procurement processes that tend to be slow or overly complex, Zora AI introduces automation into negotiation workflows and contract reviews. This identifies risk areas in agreements, flags them for attention and helps ensure better contract outcomes with fewer delays.

It also works to connect procurement with supply chain operations. By aligning procurement actions with inventory needs, it reduces both shortages and overordering.

If existing suppliers are delayed or unavailable, Zora AI offers dynamic sourcing recommendations, surfacing alternatives in real time.

The platform further reduces procurement costs by analysing supplier pricing to find the most competitive terms. Predictive models estimate future costs and help organisations plan more effectively.

Zora’s Cost optimisation features use AI insights to detect inefficient spending patterns and recommend alternatives, with the goal of increasing savings across the procurement cycle.

Deploying Zora AI across business functions

Beyond procurement, Zora AI extends into finance, sales, marketing, customer service and human capital.

The Zora AI for Finance platform is developed to improve financial operations through automation, offering real-time insights and integration with common enterprise software platforms.

Zora AI for Finance helps organisations automate reporting, manage expenses, carry out financial statement analysis and streamline forecasting processes.

It can also support scenario modelling and market trend analysis, reducing the time needed for decision-making.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is partnering with Deloitte to offer Zora AI for Finance on its HPE Private Cloud AI infrastructure. This deployment is intended to assist HPE clients in speeding up their financial workflows and unlocking real-time visibility into performance metrics.

Marie Myers, EVP and Chief Financial Officer, HPE

Marie Myers, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at HPE, comments: “We are excited that HPE will both deploy and go to market with Deloitte to offer Zora AI for Finance on HPE Private Cloud AI.

"With Zora AI we are transforming our financial operations and giving our financial executives access to real-time business performance data and instant insights into the information that matters most.

"This is a natural extension of our collaboration with Deloitte to help our joint customers quickly deploy generative and agentic AI solutions on HPE Private Cloud AI.”

Creating agile, intelligent procurement strategies

Zora AI is designed to function as an intelligent partner within an enterprise, using industry-specific knowledge and real-time data analysis to enhance procurement outcomes.

The platform’s AI agents assist with contract negotiation, supplier comparisons and cost forecasting.

Zora AI for procurement can help with:
  • CPO insights
  • Category management
  • Guided buying
  • Purchase requisition
  • Sourcing
  • Supplier risk

By collaborating with employees, Zora AI agents contribute to the development of agile procurement strategies that adjust to supply chain demands and external disruptions.

This approach not only improves efficiency but also enhances resilience in procurement planning.

Zora AI supports organisations looking to modernise their procurement and financial systems with AI-powered automation, integrating with existing enterprise platforms and using advanced reasoning models to optimise core operations.

Jason Girzadas, CEO, Deloitte US

Jason Girzadas, Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte US, adds: “We are entering the autonomous enterprise era where agents can transform work and business models, ushering in entirely new ways of working.

“Our vision with Zora AI is to assist our clients in their transition into this new era, where agents and employees interact to reinvent business processes and unlock new sources of business value, growth and innovation for their organisations.”
