AI Magazine, a BizClik brand, has revealed speakers for its panel discussion, The Future of People & Skills in AI at AI LIVE: The London Summit.

The panel, set to take place on 21 October at Olympia London, will explore how organisations are preparing their workforce to thrive in the age of AI.

Industry leaders discuss AI literacy, leadership, talent development, change management and the skills needed to scale AI successfully.

Speakers at The Future of People & Skills in AI

AI Magazine is delighted to confirm that the following experts will speak on the panel:

Ricky Bartlett, CBRE's UK Lead, AI and Automation: Ricky led the development and rollout of national AI programmes. He has deployed LLM-based tools to enhance sales, finance and operations.

He introduced automation solutions that have significantly improved efficiency and consistency across critical workflows. His work focuses on turning emerging AI capabilities — like gen AI and agent-based systems into tangible value for large, complex organisations. 

Headquartered in Texas, CBRE is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.

Juan Carlos Martinez, NTT DATA UK&I's Head of Cloud Infrastructure, Migration and Modernisation: Juan spent more than 20 years managing all kinds of IT projects and teams. He has worked across the five continents, in various countries such as Spain, Portugal, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany, Morocco, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, the US, China, India and Australia, working with multicultural teams, gaining experience in all phases of a project.

He previously worked as an IT Infrastructure manager for Global Energy Services and now heads up cloud infrastructure for NTT DATA UK and Ireland. NTT DATA is a more than US$30bn business and technology services, AI and digital infrastructure company. 

The speakers confirmed – with more to be announced – will be hosted by Tom Chapman, Senior Editor of AI Magazine.
